So what's been going on??

Well Xavier is now 10 weeks old!!!  Wow has that flown or what!

So a quick run down, my gorgeous big boys are as wonderful as ever.  Although have a new penchant for the words poo, wee & fart.  And will shout them out Tourette's style then cackle hysterically among themselves.  It has come to the point where Daddy has banned the use of the words. We will have to see how well that works.

Harry seems to be going through a stage where he likes to make up words so he will come to me and declare that his "he has smacked his phinolpysis and now it is broken."  Or that he "needs a bronostrynous", or that he is "going to the canstros" it drives me INSANE!  So I'm hoping he grows out of it quick smart.  He has developed a love for cooking shows, and insists on helping me cook now.  And his favourite show is one on the ABC called "dirty jobs" where the guys goes to the most disgusting jobs on the planet and has to work for a day.  We are very excited that he has gotten into a very small private school that we had applied for and so far he is excited about going next year.  We will see what happens when we get closer to that time.  He also loves to tell you "I don't love you anymore!' particularly when he is in trouble!  Ratbag!

We did have a recent adventure with Zaccy when he swallowed a 5c piece.  Even more fun was it happened while he was strapped into his car seat in the very back of the car, with a coin I didn't realise he had.  So when he started choking I very nearly ploughed us all off the road.  He managed to clear the coin himself and obviously swallowed it.  (we have the x-ray to prove it).  I demanded to know what he was eating and he told me "My moneys gone!"  It was Harry who was able to inform us that it was a 5 c piece that he saw Zaccy pick up.  So after a visit to the drs and then waiting a couple of days to see if it would come out by itself (here is a job I wouldn't recommend having to dig through unmentionables to see if a 5c piece has made its way through a persons digestive tract)  so when it didn't we headed to the x-ray place (for the aforementioned x-ray).  Which just showed us in the words of the technician "it will be here any minute!"  We did reclaim the coin and a bit of interesting trivia for you it is no longer silver.  It seems that the digestive juices have tarnished it beyond recognition looks more like a 1 cent piece these days.  Not that we would have sent it back into circulation anyway because can we all say GROSS!  I have noticed he now isn't quite so quick to put things in his mouth.  He is talking so much we really need to get it no video as he is so cute to listen to.  He is a big fan of his swimming and music lessons, and can be found bopping along to music almost all the time.

As to our beautiful Xavier...  He is simply amazing!  The quietest, sweetest, most well behaved baby.  He is happy to sit quietly by himself most of the time.  Which when mixed with my nappy brain can lead to me thinking "WHAT THE HELL HAVE I DONE WITH THE BABY!" only to find I have placed him in his cot and he is happily lying in there (absolutely unheard of for a child of mine!).  He has been pushing and holding his head up since 2 weeks old!!!  Strong little mite!  He has a gorgeous smile and has recently started gabbling away to himself.  So cute to listen to.  I have already broken him as he was quite happy to sleep in his cot, but I have put him in bed with me, as I just can't sleep without him there so I can keep half an ear on him.  And I've recently discovered he is a thumb sucker!  Never had one of those so not quite sure how to handle that particular habit, but at this point it is just plain adorable to see him chewing on his little finger.

Well that is all for now, I'll give you more info when I can and upload some more photos of our little monsters.
